Snapshots in History: The Korean War

In the early morning of June 25, 1950, thousands of communist troops from North Korea poured over the border into South Korea. Within days, U.S. troops, backed by the United nations, were in a desperate fight against a larger, and better equipped, North Korean army. The battle continued for more than 3 years.
