Inventions in Science and Technology

In only 50 years, we've fone from flying a space probe past the moon to building the International Space Station where astronauts actually live!
Without space exploration...where would we be?
Good question! On the plus side, there wouldn't be any tales of alien abduction, but we also wouldn't have pictures of the Moon, or be able to find out whether there is nay life on Mars.
